Bangladesh were hampered by two torrential downpours on the first day. The first held up play for three hours and shaved off nearly 40 overs of possible play. The second came from Shikhar Dhawan's bat, and continued all-day as he hurtled to a blazing, unbeaten 150 on comeback off only 158 balls.
