Mohammad Hafeez and Azhar Ali continued their over night stand off 177 runs and continued to be aggressive and brought up 200 runs stand, Shuvagata Hom made the first breakthrough of the day when he cleaned up Azhar and thus ending a mammoth stand of 227 runs for the second wicket, Hafeez continued his sublime form and reached his 1^st double century off 286 balls, Younis made 33 and was dismissed by Taijul.
