Mustafa Kamal, who became the 11th president of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and first Bangladeshi on 26th June 2014 has resigned from his post. During a brief talk with media in Dhaka, Kamal said that he was cold shouldered in presenting the trophy of the World Cup to the winning captain and also questioned India's victory over Bangladesh in World Cup 2015 quarter final.
